Details

  • The Palette Playground will run SOON  on Zoom

  • You are free to join us every week or whenever fits your schedule best

  • A signup form will be made available one week in advance to book a spot

  • Price: RM 
  • Max 7 participants/slots
  • Themes & prompts will be provided and the session will be moderated by the art therapist
  • Participants are free to follow the provided prompt/ theme or to create spontaneous art or work on their own art

What to expect?

  1. After successfully signing up, you will receive a confirmation email containing an invitation link to Palette Playground, the theme and a list of suggested materials.
  2. Join the Zoom link 10 mins before the session begins.
  3. The session will begin by the art therapist welcoming the participants and a round of introduction by the participants.
  4. The following 45 minutes will be for the art making session. You may choose to point your camera either to yourself or to your art.
  5. Questions are welcome via the chat box or by raising your hand (use zoom function or physically).
  6. The last 10-15 mins of the session will be for participants who would like to share their a bit about their artworks.

*All sessions are private and confidential - Joining the session means agreeing not to publicly share and discuss anyone's name, artwork, or any other information they share outside the session. However, you are free to share your own artwork and insights.

Customised Workshops 

We customise and curate our workshops to your exploration and group's needs. Through our art experiential and psychoeducation workshops we aim to empower participants and give them the autonomy of their own self- expression and identity journey amongst like minded individuals.  The participants would have a platform to express their thoughts and emotions guided by a certified and registered art therapist.

Corporate Wellness

Our corporate wellness workshops aim to provide a safe space and platform for employers and employees to identify and tackle challenges by having authentic conversations and skill exploration moderated by a certified and registered art therapist. Creative art process and expression in our workshops can help employees explore their personal values, beliefs, and goals, and develop a stronger sense of identity and purpose. Indirectly it may also help to tap into their creativity and develop new ideas and solutions to workplace challenges as a team. Through group artmaking and group work employees can learn to work together, communicate effectively, and build stronger relationships with one another.
