1:1 Individual Art Therapy

Emotions may weigh heavy in your heart and you have no outlet to listen, understand and process them and you might find it difficult to express them through words. With the use of creative art process and psychotherapy supported with a therapeutic relationship with the art therapist , come and experience your healing journey through a one on one Art Therapy. Here, you will find a safe containment to express, explore and reflect.

How the 1st session might look like

  1. You will be asked to fill out a short intake form.
  2. Discuss your situation and set therapeutic goals you would like to achieve.
  3. Based on your needs, the therapist will provide the space and materials for you to safely explore & process. 
  4. Reflect and only share information that you are comfortable with.
  5. Ask further questions on Art Therapy or your session.
  6. Decide if the therapist is a good fit.
  7. Discuss plans for future sessions and service agreements.
